From the price side, the only evidence that changes a HIT/MISS/STOPPED OUT outcome is the daily candle data from Binance (Bybit as second source). If a channel claims the target was hit but the high never reached that level before the deadline, the candles decide. The same goes for an invalidation level: if the low didn't touch it, the STOPPED OUT tag stays. A channel can't dispute the candle; they can only dispute whether the logged target or invalidation price matches what they actually said. That's where the timestamp and link come in.
