Is the 30-day direction score the same as the grade?

Carl's page shows a grade D (5% of 38 calls with a self-set deadline hit) but also says 30-day direction right 49% of the time (78 calls). Those are two different numbers. Which one is the grade based on? And what does the 30-day number actually measure —方

The grade only counts calls where the speaker set their own deadline — 38 of them, 5% hit. The 30-day figure ignores the speaker's deadline and just checks direction after 30 calendar days on 78 calls. Different denominator, different rule.

Rule on the method page: grades use only calls whose deadline the speaker set; at least 20 resolved calls; open calls excluded. The 30-day direction score is a separate metric — direction only, fixed 30-day horizon, 3% move threshold. Not the same population, not the same rule.

So the grade denominator is 38. The 30-day denominator is 78. Which 40 calls have a self-set deadline but aren't in the 30-day set, or vice versa? The page doesn't show the overlap.
