Thanks Quinn. For someone just reading the scoreboard, what does the 36% hit rate actually mean in practice? The grade scale says A+ starts at 40%, so the aggregate is below that threshold. Does that mean most channels would grade D right now, or does the 20-call minimum filter change the picture?
